After making her debut in the Fresh Fruit Festival in Are Women Human?, Sadrina went into rehearsals for the premiere of Southern Promises which will open Performance Space 122’s fall season on September 6th. Written by Thomas Bradshaw and directed by Jose Zayas, the performances in the downstairs space of PS122 will last through September 27th. Evidently Sadrina can sleep when she is dead because she will also be reprising her role (from an earlier staged reading) as Topsy Crow in The Neighbors by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins which will be in the Prelude Festival. Sadrina will then go into rehearsals with the Nero Fiddled Company for Life After Bush where she will play Michelle Obama among other characters. Join Sadrina for any or all of these performances.
